Tree Removal
Safe removal of dead, damaged, and hazardous trees.
Trees on roofs, across driveways, or hung up and unstable. Our listing says open 24 hours, and it means it.
Overview
Storm damage does not keep office hours. A tree resting on a roof at eleven at night is not a next-week problem, and a limb hung up over a driveway can come down on its own at any point.
Call (585) 634-3800 whenever it happens. During a big storm we work through the queue by risk, meaning anything in contact with a structure or a power line goes first, then blocked access, then everything else.

What To Look For
If any of this sounds like your situation, the site visit costs nothing and you will get a straight answer either way.
The Process
No surprises, and nothing starts before you have a written price in hand.
Keep everyone well back, including from rooms under the affected area. Distance is free.
From a safe position. Your insurer will want the pictures, and it is much harder to document after the tree is gone.
Most homeowner policies cover emergency tree removal when a tree hits a structure. Starting the claim early makes the rest simpler.
Storm-damaged wood is under tension in ways that are not visible. This is the single most common way people get badly hurt after a storm.
We are local, which in an emergency is the thing that actually matters. Crews driving up from out of the area after a regional storm can take days.
Other Services
Often the same visit covers more than one of these.
Safe removal of dead, damaged, and hazardous trees.
Structural pruning that keeps canopies healthy and clear.
Grinding stumps below grade so the lawn goes back to normal.
Pricing
No surprises and no hidden extras. These are realistic ranges for Livingston County, based on the jobs we actually run.
These are ballpark ranges, not quotes. Height, access, what sits underneath the tree and its condition all move the number. The only way to get a real figure is a free on-site look, which we do at no charge.

Why we will not quote over the phone
No calculator can see your tree, your ground or what is underneath it. Anyone who gives you a firm price without looking is either guessing or planning to revise it once the saws are out. We come and look first, same day or next day where we can, and the visit costs nothing.

Local Guide
Called them, they came out, gave it a look, gave a fair price, did great work. They showed up just when they said they would (and it was HOT that day). I had a stump that I forgot to mention to them, so on the spot they said they would take care of it, and another stump which was close by. They didn't charge me for the stumps. Good equipment, knew what they were doing, and I will for sure call them again.

Near You
When people search emergency tree service near me it is rarely a planning exercise. Being local is the part that actually matters, and here is why.
We are based here, so most village calls are a short drive at any hour.
Frequent lake-effect wind damage, one of our most common storm callouts.
Open ground where whole trees come down rather than single limbs.
Shoreline properties where access is often blocked by the tree itself.
Heaviest wind exposure in the county on the west side of the lake.
Valley storms that drop limbs across driveways and access roads.
Rural roads where a single fallen tree can cut a property off entirely.
Storm response subject to travel time, so call early if you can.

Common Questions
The questions we get asked most before booking this work.
Yes. Our Google listing shows open 24 hours because storm damage does not keep business hours. Call (585) 634-3800 whenever it happens.
Get everyone clear, including out of rooms under the affected area, then photograph it from a safe position and call us. Do not try to move anything. Weight distribution after a fall is rarely what it looks like.
Most homeowner policies cover it when a tree strikes a structure. Starting the claim early and having photographs from before the tree was moved makes the process considerably easier.
Call the utility first, then us, and treat every downed line as live. We do not work conductors until the utility has made it safe.
In Geneseo and the surrounding towns, usually quickly, because we are based here. During a major regional storm we work by risk, and we will tell you honestly where you are in the queue.
